The successful candidate will be joining a creative and forward thinking team who delivery cutting edge solutions to their owners and staff each and every day.


  • Oversee the health status of over 100 Windows Servers that serve as the backbone of our business
  • Actively manage our Hybrid Exchange environment consisting of Office 365 and Exchange 2016 on premise
  • Bring to the table a keen understanding of GPO and how it can be used to automate the delivery of a consistent desktop user experience
  • Be cable of building our next generation of RD Servers for delivery in the summer of 2017
  • Work closely with a security and wide area networking specialists to delivery core applications
  • Partner with help desk staff to resolve help desk level technical issues
  • Manage all open tickets by providing on-site technical support as well as manage other technical vendors used by the client
  • Ensure client technologies are monitored in accordance with client’s ever changing business needs, recommend well researched products and services that align with client's needs
  • Monitor all security programs and administer password changes to prevent unauthorized access to privileged data and information
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus and anti-spam
  • Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at desktop, server and network level
  • Participate in projects for assigned clients as a project resource
  • Documenting client issues and resolutions to maintain internal knowledge base

  • Windows 2000 - Windows 10
  • Windows Server 2003 - 2016
  • MS Exchange 2010 – 2016 (Office 365 and local)
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP & DNS
  • Understanding of network environments (Wired and Wireless)
  • SQL and VM/Virtualization experience


  • Minimum of 5 years of post-education IT work experience mandatory
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar mandatory
  • Microsoft Certified Professional and or Architect
  • Experience with Connectwise or call tracking / ticket management system
  • Experience with Managed Services and IT Integration
